All our products are made-to-order and so once they are sent to production after ordering, changes cannot be made and orders cannot be canceled. Orders generally take 3-7 business days to print and ship. We do not hold inventory or stock so we cannot do exchanges or refunds.  If the mistake was ours, we will gladly accept returns and send replacements at no cost.
